Getting sick is for chumps!
Take one of these before a flight, or going into an area with possibly flu/cold infested people!
If you fly a lot, you're aware of the risk of catching some germ, or harmful bacteria from the recycled air. There are ways to counter these, and some that I've seen comprise of dressing up like a surgeon going into surgery on Gray's Anatomy, or having the flight attendant spray disinfectant every half hour or so in the air. Wait, did I just forget you can't have an aerosol on board flights?
Despite the existence of these flu or cold inducing bugs, one does not need to dress up in a radiation suit to avoid the germs. A product called Airborne, created by Victoria Knight-McDowell, a former second grade school teacher aims to give your immune system a fighting chance against cold and flu inducing germs and bacteria. A combination of vitamins, herbal extracts, antioxidants, electrolytes and amino acids provide the boost your immune system needs to thwart the germs that kid in the middle seat is coughing into face.
I flew quite a bit last year, and took Airborne before every flight, and can safely say I never ever caught the flu or the cold. The best part is Airborne comes in various flavors, and several forms; dissolvable tablet, gummy lozenge and concentrated powder. JetBlue offers sampler packets that you can grab from the check-in counters at Long Beach Airport, or you can bug your flight attendant for a sampler packet, which comes with a free glass of water.
