'Place Djemmaa el Fna'
One of the central squares of Marrakech is called 'Place Djemmaa el Fna'.
During daytime the square is filled with merchants. Around 8 o'clock in the evening the scene changes dramatically. . It looks like the square is on fire. Everywhere you look you can buy food and there are at least sixty places where you can buy freshly squeezed orange juice.
I order a delicious looking meal and drink a 'special coke' (red wine served in a coca cola bottle).

RoadKill
Stuart Highway is the grant highway, bringing the North- and Southside of Australia together.
Every night many kangaroos die on this highway. The kangaroos are atrachted by the warmth of the road. When resting they fall often prey to huge roadtrains

Uyuni, traincemetery (9)

Out there in the arid and dry plane lies the final resting place of a good dozen steam engines, most of which must be a good hundred years old as well as probably some fifty wagons of all kind of types.
