Traffic isn't half bad for a weekday afternoon. At this height, all you hear is the wind.

For those who've ever wondered what it looks like to stand on the top of the Golden Gate Bridge looking down, here's the view looking at my feet and through the catwalk that encircles the north tower.
I'm not afraid of heights, apparently.

This ladder goes all the way to the top. Fortunately, there's an elevator that makes the ascent safer, easier, and much, much faster.
