A surf trip to Northern Sumatra aboard an 80 ft. converted Indonesian freighter, searching for beautiful waves and exploring a remote, stunning coastline.

Massive uplift is evident in the exposed reef caused by the earthquakes off of Northern Sumatra in 2004 and 2005. This area was hit hard by the tsunami as well.
