Bentleys are favorites of the tacky customizers in LA, adding giant rims and garish paint like this rainbow reflecting paintjob. Even the emblem was in this metallic finish!
In LA you find customs like this Cadillac Eldorado pickup, a la the Chevvy El Camino. And who's the owner, this artist who was exhibiting at a gallery downtown.
Everywhere you look in downtown LA, especially on the east side, you will find movie crews shooting.
Look up and you will see this strange structure. It tops a Frank Lloyd Wright building on Rodeo Drive, which is unmarked and not mentioned in some guides. Look at the street level detail and climb the stairs to the upper floors to see more.
They do some great exhibits, like this one on spiders in the fall of 2007. BTW, it was outdoors in case any got away!
