Death Valley at sunrise, it was only 90 degrees F. The wind sculpts the dunes; there are subtle changes everyday.

animal cages

These cages were once used to house zoo animals when they weren't in their lower habits during regular zoo hours. Today they have become the victims of graffiti and are strewn with trash.

Taos Pueblo

This photo was taken in 2000 and there was a large fire in Los Almos. The smoke drifted over to Taos and created the smokey look in the mountains.
