Dawn over Lake Atitlan

Dawn over Lake Atitlan

Lake Atitlan is often described as Guatemala's Riviera. I was staying in the small town of Santa Catarina on the edge of lake and got up early one morning to take this shot by the local jetty and with the volcanoes in the background. The fact there was a local rowing his canoe past was just an added bonus.

Currently in the UK.

I am, unfortunately for my wallet, a committed travel bug. However, this combined with a (slightly unhealthy) love of photography means I usually return from my travels with plenty of images to remind me of the places and people I've visited.
