I am a believer in the thought that anywhere life places you, a cultural or natural destination is waiting to be explored. Don't succumb to the barriers created for staying home, because the more one explores, the easier it gets. Hike first to grasp the beauty of nature, and the other physical and mental benefits will naturally follow. It's simple to find self realization once your place in this world is understood.
