Festival at the Boudhanath uploaded on 25 October 2009

We came across a festival at the Boudhanath in Kathmandu, Nepal last August. Many locals dressed in traditional attire gathered around the giant stupa in anticipation for a parade. The parade circled all the way around as music was played and smiles were shown.
