This is a 30 second exposure of Crystal Pier. Normally, during the day, people wander out to the end of the pier and fish, or just look down into the water. Surfers ride along the side of this pier regularly.

Shot from a balcony on TOWER23 Hotel in Pacific Beach. Amazing view, amazing hotel - ultra modern, very hip. Great restaurant/lounge below and on the boardwalk. Watching the sunset, drinking a cocktail - it doesnt get any better...
