Tepee Stage at the 2008 Ranchita Rocks Fest. It almost fell apart completely this last weekend, bands didn't show/get paid all their money, Particle came on then walked off stage. Here though, is at least one good set of music listening we all got as close to the Grateful Dead as some of us might ever get - its Melvin Seals and the Jerry Garcia Band. Its not the Dead band but it was amazing for at least an hour or so.

North 4th Ave bridge over Sweetwater River. It's got just the right amount of pollution (shopping carts, plastic bags[plastic in general], even human bones I believe have been found somewhere up this river) so that there isn't a "problem".

Lake Sherwin in Mammoth, California. This photo was taken less then 24 hours before the forest fire that broke out probably right around the corner from where I'm standing here. The fire took out over 200 acres I believe. I'm glad I got there first.
