The Machaca lives and works in Colchany, a little town with less than a 100 houses, in the middle of the Uyuni´s salt flat.

I´m a chilean photographer lives in Santiago. In the last two years I made many photo essays, mostly here in Chile. I ve been work with the sheep shepherds in tierra del fuego, in emergency rooms in Santiago, with a mentally handicapped theater company, among others. Also I spent some time in Bolivia walk around the Uyuni salt flat, the Potosi silver mines and visit some places in Cochabamba.
