A hike through Joshua Tree National Park never disappoints, the clouds after a big storm shades you from the hot sun and the scenery, well, you gotta see it to believe it.
Something about being out in the wide open and not hearing any cars, or whistles, horns, or anything besides birds chirping and the wind scattering the brushes around you. I never thought I'd enjoy the desert so much.

a spinner spins with the ocean wind as the one booth on the huntington beach pier sells it.
something about the ocean just lets your mind and soul come to a peaceful state and leaves you alone with your thoughts.
