The entrance to the Cağaloğlu Hamami
So many boats going mock damnit heading toward one another! It was a constant thrill every time we walked over Galata Bridge!
Huge theater in Efes
Standing inside the Aya Sofya looking thru an open window to Sultan Ahmed Mosque
An 'open' space in between paintings at the Louvre.
Of course our eBay tickets were in the nosebleeds, we got to the game really early and walked down close to the field to watch the warm ups. I turned around and had to wait until an old man sporting a cubs hat (duh) walked out of the frame.
Late at night, leaning on the wall next to the Seine river, I pull out my little travel tri-pod, unfolded it, set it up on the wall and waited for the boat to slowly go by. It didn't stop for the shot, so i snapped it anyway. oh and Notre Dame is nicely situated in the background. :)
All the way from Egypt!
The columns supporting the cistern were all amazing. The huge carp swimming below us as we walked on a 'catwalk' structure. The temperature was cool, the air was moist.
