Tiger Lillies
McCrory Gardens boasts 74 acres of botanical gardens and an arboretum located on the South Dakota State University campus.
Its gardens include 14 theme gardens, a rose garden (more than 30 varieties), an herb garden, and a children's maze (1140 feet of hedges at a height of three to six feet). The Centennial Prairie Garden represents 5 prairie environments, ranging from tall grass and short grass prairies to the montane prairie of the Black Hills.

Traveled to Chicago in June of '05 to see Oasis during their North American tour. This is what I saw through the little window in my hotel door.

Deadwood, SD
City of Deadwood as seen from the top of Mt. Moriah cemetery. The only stop along our bus tour of Deadwood where we were able to get off the bus for photo opportunities.
The city of Deadwood has survived countless fires, floods and economic recession over the years. The booming tourism & gambling business has allowed this town rebuild and become a sought out destination is SD.

1880's Town Main St.
This is the main st. of 1880's Town in South Dakota. Just off the Interstate on way to the Black Hills. Taken during my summer vacation of '07, this is one of the many road side attractions we discovered on our long drive.
