You cannot visit this city without making a tour through the wineries zone and the big country houses that surround it. Most of the establishments are open to the public for tours and with an extra fee, you can attend a tasting.
The area around Mendoza has been divided into four large areas known as grape oasis: The Center-West Oasis, where the cellars that are closest to the city are located, the East Oasis, in the Tunuyán river area, the South Oasis, in San Rafael and General Alvear and the Oasis of the Uco Valley.
Estancia Caroya, 45 km from Cordoba, is the first estate to be set up by the Jesuits in 1616. It later served as an arms factory and was used by the Army of the North during the wars of national independence.
The Estancias were declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2000. They described it thus "The Jesuit Block in Córdoba contains the core buildings of the Jesuit system: the university, the church and residence of the Society of Jesus, and the college."

Cafe Tortoni is an institution in Buenos Aires. Founded in 1858 by a french inmigrant, the cafe gained its fame at the beginning of the 20th century when a group of painters, musicians, writers and journalists chose it as their meeting place.
Nowadays, this place is out of time : waiters out of the past centuries, people playing pool or cards, reading, or simply enjoying a coffee.
The japanese garden (Jardín Japonés) was constructed considering the Japanese landscape spirit in the middle of Buenos Aires. It was donated by the Japanese Association in Argentina to Buenos Aires city in 1979. The gardens has all the characteristics of the Japanese architecture.
The species in the gardens, the carp fishes in its lakes, the tea house and the activities proposed by The Argentino-Japanese cultural foundations offer the visitors a taste of orient in the most european of south-american cities.
Puerto Madero is a district of Buenos Aires which occupies a significant portion of the Río de la Plata riverbank. You can see there the latest architectural trend in Buenos Aires City. In the 1930s, port facilities were relocated to Puerto Nuevo, and most of the older red brick warehouses were abandoned. In the 1990s, investment lead in a massive regeneration effort, recycling and refurbishing the west side warehouses into elegant houses, offices, lofts, private universities, hotels and restaurants.

Kandovan is a troglodyt village, located some fifty kilometers away from Tabriz, in North-Western Iran.
Khalvat-e Karim Khani is the oldest part of Golestan Royal Palace compound. Golestan Palace (Palace of flowers) is the oldest of the historic monuments in Tehran. That place was designed to provide a resting place for the King Karim Khan Zand, at the en of the 18th century.
Golestan Palace (Palace of flowers) is the oldest of the historic monuments in Tehran, originally a royal compound in the center of town. That complex of several palaces has now been turned in a museum complex.
