Well it was like the two sides of war in my mouth. One side watering with desire, the other watering with disgust. I didn't partake, but good lord I bet they are good.
Pretty grossed out!!
Well it was a big realization, that this is the way it is. Not all pretty packaging and sanitation laws.
It is pretty wild to see someone carrying carcasses of dead animals. He was thrilled that I was interested in what he was doing, and didn't mind stopping to have his picture taken.
When you come from the west and you walk along Asian streets, its all quite different. The light shine in another hue, the sounds travel in another pitch, its not better or worse just different. I find that difference intriguing. This is the corner of a street and that is a red light, which helps form the silhouette of a woman on the street. This is in Tainan City, southern Taiwan.

I am a traveler. I have been on the go since I was a young child. I have spent much of my life in one place or another. I lived in the same house from birth till 18, my parents still live there, it almost burnt down. I have set foot on many countries, but not many at one time. I read "on the road" when I was a junior in college, and have forever since been bit by that mischievous little bug that poisons you, so that you are never satisfied with where you are at, and always miss where...
