Whenever I need to get away, I love heading out to Linn Run State Park in Ligonier Pennsylvania.
There is a section of the Park where you have to dodge and duck many trees, plants and spiderwebs to get to this spot but its wonderful because not many people know of this spot due to the fact that accessing this location is quite difficult. I love to sit on the rocks and listen to the water flow by. It is very relaxing.
This is a nature made water slide and in my late teens and early 20's, I would ride down this slide and have a blast. Now that I'm a bit older, I am wondering what the heck I was thinking. A friend would have to wait at the bottom, right before this little waterfall and grab your arm so you didn't' actually go down any further. Thats a really dangerous thing to do but wow is it fun. Coming back here today brought back a lot of great and fun memories.
This gazebo is my favorite place to go when I want to have time to myself. The scenery is so beautiful and the area is very quiet and peaceful.
This view of the Pittsburgh skyline can be seen while standing on the Riverwalk inside PNC Park.
From this angle, you can see three of Pittsburgh's many bridges.
The view from the bullpen near left field.
This section of Pnc Park gives a beautiful view of the Pittsburgh skyline along with a view of the 3 Rivers.
