From 1863 to 1890, this mesquite tree served as Wickenburg's jail. Outlaws were chained to the tree for the people to see. Any escapes are unknown.

This is the living quarters of 3 homeless people I met. The building is abandoned and was built in the late 1800s. The painting is still hanging, although the place has been run down for years now.
