From 1863 to 1890, this mesquite tree served as Wickenburg's jail. Outlaws were chained to the tree for the people to see. Any escapes are unknown.

How my encounter with a homeless man led to an exclusive tour of the historic row houses in Tucson's barrio district.
This is the living quarters of 3 homeless people I met. The building is abandoned and was built in the late 1800s. The painting is still hanging, although the place has been run down for years now.
