    With an East coaster and a Texan visiting me in Oregon, I couldn't help but take them to my favorite park on the West Coast: Redwoods National Park. The giant trees do their best to make you realize you've got nothing on what mother nature can create.

    Puerto Chivica is a small village on the edge of the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia. I liked the ancient church towers and simple adobe houses.

    I came across this old Ford while walking around the Alaskan town of Ketchikan. I immediately knew it would make a great black and white photo.

    The Salar de Uyuni is the world's largest salt flat. I took this photo from the Isla del Pescado, an 'island' that rises from the salt with spectacular views to the distant mountains.
