young and old, rich and poor, all flock to Twin Lakes Beach at the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Many first timers say it reminds them of a small beach town in Europe. It has it all, gentle surf at times, overhead waves during the winter, a world class yacht harbor, great restaurants, and unsurpassed beauty of the Monterey Bay.

Long since discovered by the rich and famous, Waiheke Island is just a short twenty minute high speed boat ride from Auckland, New Zealand.
Tony Forsyth's famous Te Whau, one place you'll need a reservation for...I mean just look at the view of the Hauraki Gulf off the shores of Auckland, New Zealand.
Former psychologist and now winemaker and restaurant owner of what he simply calls Te Whau, showing off some of his special creations.
Some of the finest wines from New Zealand are grown on Waiheke Island, unfortunately not many are exported.
