When I was working in Paris, I used to go to le Louvre palace very often in order to spend some time reading in the Tuileries garden (my flat was approximately 10 minutes walk, so I couldn't pass this simple pleasure). I don't know whether or not the Grande Roue is there all year long, but during the summer and at dawn, you cannot miss it!
Two of the most emblematic symbols of London, Big Ben and a double-decker bus. Got very lucky on this shot!
The journey from Batambang to Siem Reap take from 3 to 8 hours depending on the season! Better find a way to relax your feet...
There is no point staying in this guesthouse if you don't have the balcony room. This one is a real bargain since it's one of the most centrally located area, close to pretty much everything, but in a very quiet street.
If you're lucky enough to book the room with balcony, you'll be rewarded with this nice view! Seriously wicked, isn't it?
If you walk through the lovely and green Sisavangvong Road, you cannot miss it!
5.30am: Time to wake up, today we are gonna cross the river and enjoy the sunset over Luang Prabang from a temple on the other side of the river. For 2$ per head, our slow boat driver will make us cross the Mekong river and wait for us to bring us back to town. With the fog being so dense though, we couldn't see Luang Prabang or the sun, but it was a nice journey!
Tubing in Vang Viang is one of the most popular activities for backpackers in Laos. The rules are simple. Sit and relax on your tube, stop at every pitstop (to get your Beer Lao, a shot of strong Lao Lao and a free jump in the river from the handmade wooden installations) and go as slowly as possible. The 4km ride down the river might take you the day. Be careful though, when the current is stronger during the rainy season, the river can be deadly, especially at night or if you are not sober.

23 years old French fries. I love snails, frogs and foie gras. I am aware that I'll have to live with my French accent for the rest of my life, which quite annoys me.
