A member of the staff at Motonago Ryokan instructs a clueless foreigner (my wife) on proper dining technique. Our dinner involved many courses, and it was brought to us in our room. Most importantly, it was absolutely delicious!

How cool! I always enjoy getting instruction in any cultural meal rituals. I find that lacking in the US; it's subsequently easier to not appreciate our food and just scarf it down.
