Between tradition and modernity

The japanese garden (Jardín Japonés) was constructed considering the Japanese landscape spirit in the middle of Buenos Aires. It was donated by the Japanese Association in Argentina to Buenos Aires city in 1979. The gardens has all the characteristics of the Japanese architecture.

The species in the gardens, the carp fishes in its lakes, the tea house and the activities proposed by The Argentino-Japanese cultural foundations offer the visitors a taste of orient in the most european of south-american cities.
