These cages were once used to house zoo animals when they weren't in their lower habits during regular zoo hours. Today they have become the victims of graffiti and are strewn with trash.

No, uou aren't supposed to be able to crawl in the cages. But conveniently someone cut a hole in the fence making it possible to get inside. ;)
