You could not even get a spot next to the railing because of all the fishing going on that day! A very exciting place within the city! The smell of markets below, locals just hanging out fishing, and the crazy huge boats in the water going in whatever direction they wanted to go, at whatever speed they felt, and coming within inches of one another! loved it!
