Bakesale Betty's greatest creation. A layering of perfect double battered buttermilk fried and perfectly tenderized chicken breast, with a simple slaw of cabbage, oil, jalepeno's and pickled onion on a perfect fresh roll. If there was a nobel prize for sandwiches this would win it.
