One of the two piers that protect Scheveningen port against mother nature's waves. During storms the piers are closed down to the public as more then ones people got hurt due to the gusts of wind blowing them of the pier. This was taken on a cold winter day and it is worth while having a strawl along one of the piers when the weather is like this. Very relaxing and soothing.
