I don't feel that this corner in Ho's room can be considered as a Reborn Place. Ho Chi Minh was the leader whom the West used to hate so much and fought in two deadly wars - The Battle of Dien Bien Phu and Vietnam War. It looks to me simply as an admiration to the flag and the communist heritage which we do not need to encourage.
It is a reborn place because the Cu CHi tunnels had been bombed with so much napalm and Agent Orange that no vegetation could grow. Thirty years later, the jungle is coming back, obscuring the craters from the B-52s. I am an American and am posting this photo without judgement. It is what it is. I found this room at the Cu Chi tunels and thought it was interesting that the only things in it were Ho's portrait and the flag. The Vietnamese are very proud of Ho Chi Minh for unifying the country and I cannot condemn that.
