We were greeted by lots of fresh snow when we arrived at Red Mountain Resort - spending a night in The Cabins at the base.

There are some great places to ski in Canada, and Red Mountain is one of the more accessible destinations for American travelers - its just a short trip from Spokane, Washington. Its tiny compared to a place like Whistler, but it gets drier, fluffier snow.
