Be sure to check out the Mango Room restaurant while in Hoi An. It was so darn good that we ate there three straight nights. Great cocktails and super friendly hospitality courtesy of Duc, the owner. He even brought us back in the kitchen one night and taught us how to make terrific spring rolls.

Try and go to Hoi An on the full moon when motor vehicles are banned from the streets and only candle and lantern light illuminate the historical streets. It is truly a magical place during this time and a photographic dreamscape.
