Here we are, Piazzo Venezia, ancient Roma, headed out early to take the Archeological bus to the catacombs, aqueduct and the Appian Way, and this was a pick up spot. The sign proves it, right? We arrive bright and early, and the bus comes every hour. TWO times the bus comes, and we are told there is no room for us because they have to save seats. Huh? In frustration, we go to the bus line's beginning only to be told they are saving seats for people at Venezia who are complaining. Morning wasted, we'll go tomorrow instead.

This was a lovely location in Rome, and it was also one of the main locations for catching buses. At least we had great company while we waited here
