The former Art Cafe in Sibenik on the coast of Croatia is now a large one bedroom vacation apartment with a GREAT sound system. Contact the Swiss-Croatian owner for reservations: mira.schwyter@si.t-com.hr
The former Art Cafe was born from the rubble of the lowest level of the Renaissance era Gogola palace off the central piazza in Sibenik, Croatia. Now a B&B, the spacious apartment features a huge bedroom and separate bar/sitting area with a great sound system. The stone walls feature several local artists' paintings. A second studio apartment, the former home of a mistress to a long ago city luminary, lies adjacent and can also be rented. Breakfast is taken at a cafe located just steps away with a view onto St Jakob's cathedral and the harbor front.
