The rolls we normally expect to see in sushi restaurants in the US can not be found in sushi restaurants in Japan. Many are American creations. Rainbow Roll is the only place I found in Tokyo that sells the types of rolls we normally see in the US. They had the spicy tuna roll and spider roll among others.
