The Watch Hill Lighthouse is not easy to get to. The access road (Lighthouse Road) has a red sign that reads: Private Road. Walkers welcome. No Vehicles Allowed except Senior Citizens 65 and older or handicapped visiting lighthouse. Please No Dogs unless leashed. Thank You.

But it is worth the effort with it view of Block Island Sound, the Westerly beaches, Napatree Point and Fishers Island, NY. On a clear day you can see Block Island and Montauk Point, NY.
