About this place:
A medieval university town straddling the Neckar River south of Stuttgart in the Schwabian Alp, Tubingen is the site of a wild beer-swigging, girl-nabbing, dress-upping version of Mardi Gras. A window seat at one of the second floor bars overlooking the parade route is the safest way to see the fun ... but who goes to one of these things to be safe!?
