I took this shot from the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (National Art Museum of Catalonia) where you can see Font Magica and MontJuic which looks down on Barcelona. I came upon this site completely by accident and had no idea about the beautiful fountains there.

About this place:

The Font Magica is located at the entrance to the Catolonia National Museum of Art in Barcelona, Spain. The fountains were renovated, along with the museum, at the time of the Barcelona Olympics, which also took place in Parc de Montjuic. On summer nights, the fountains are choreographed to classical music.

On my way back to my hostel after a long day of sightseeing, I noticed that the Olympic Stadium was on my way home and decided to make one last stop before the sun went down. I came out of the metro station and was awestruck by the beautiful fountains lining the street. As if the matter were out of my hands, the fountains drew me down the street, toward the main fountain, which I later learned is called Font Magica. Crowds gathered as the sun went down and the water and lights began a choreographed dance. Having discovered this spot by pure chance, the luminous show felt truly magical for me.
