It was a 5 hour hike up, and despite a few moments when I was close to tears because of all the wind and slippery rocks, it was more than worth it. It is this snowy paradise up there, quite (snow absorbs all the sound) and white. Pray for a clear weather and sun - if you have them, you wont want to come down. I don't know who came up with the idea to put a cabin there, but if I would meet the person, I would treat him/her a cup of nice, hot chocolate.
