The name perfectly sums it up: Perched on the San Francisco waterfront just south of the Bay Bridge, the Hi-Dive looks like a gritty dive bar from the outside, but inside it's clean, friendly, and kind of swanky. Recently renovated, it's a fine place to grab an evening cocktail while taking in the views of the Bay.
