About this place:

We randomly encountered City Hall while we were walking back to our hotel. It's a beautiful building, in the old French Colonial style, and was illuminated quite dramatically. Apparently, it is not open to tourists; it being a government building, I felt like I was taking a chance snapping a few photos of it.
