Patio at the Galley
One of the few places in Vancouver where you can get a meal and a drink for under $20 with a waterfront location! And what a view it is...

There are many good restaurants in Vancouver where you can go and enjoy a great meal, but few of them provide you with such a great view. The Galley is very casual, but they serve some great burgers and offer some good local wines. Restaurant is self-serve and definitely expect to fight for a table on the patio. However, the it will be worth the wait. This is definitely the best place to watch the sunset over the Pacific and lights of Downtown Vancouver begin to light up as the night descends over the city.
On the other hand if you intend to go sailing at the Jericho Sailing Centre and just want to charge up before your sailing lesson, stop by for a hearty breakfast.
