  I held my 40th-birthday party here -- and Sean Penn came! (Ok, he was just sitting in the booth next to ours... ) Here's a tip: order one of Tosca's signature coffee drinks (cappuccino) -- but request Kahula instead of brandy. Despite the claims of Rice-A-Roni®, this is the REAL San Francisco treat!
