You can only hike in to see Pamelia Lake. It is just a short 2-mile hike off of NF-40 in the Mt. Jefferson Wilderness area in Oregon. You have to have a wilderness permit to check out this beauty (which are free at the Detroit Lake Ranger Station). There are about 16 camping spots around the lake and many waterfalls all around the lake and a few different day hikes if you choose to stay a couple of days.
