Signs warn tourists that saltwater crocodiles are in the Black River and should not be messed with.
About this place:
While visiting Whitehouse, Jamaica, my wife and I went on a tour of the Black River in the southwestern part of the island. It was a relaxing boat ride with a great guide who gave plenty of information about the scenic river and area. The highlights were definetly seeing saltwater crocodiles up close. Most people see the photos of the crocodiles and think they are fake! This tour incuded an awesome lunch in a small cafe next to the river and was well worth the money spent.
Definetly a highlight of our trip!
