This is what constitutes the name "Boomerangs Gourmet Burgers." it is simply a work of art. The spin on it, is that when one orders, they get to choose three ingredients to mix INTO the meat.

Boomerangs Gourmet Burgers is a very interesting place that I think everyone should at least try. Although hard to find, the restaurant makes up for it in quality and service.
So what make this place different from any other place in san diego? The answer to that is found in the way one orders. Just like a regular burger place, one would generally would order the type of burger, then pick the temp of the meat. However with Boomerangs, it doesn't stop there. one can then proceed to further customize there burger; picking things like sauces, type of cheese and of course mix ins.
that's right, mix ins. one can actually choose what they want in the burger. I am a big fan of this idea, and I think everyone should give it a try.
