Tumble

Tumble

The sound is constant, but musical and the movement incessant. In this world of ipods, stop....

About this place:

Tigh na Beinn, means Montain Home in Gaelic.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland are my home. Having lived in Inverness, Castlebay, Isle of Barra, Aviemore and soon Stromness Orkney.
This image was taken just after the sun had set around 11pm, 30/5/09 from Coire an Sneachda, Cairngorm.
Around 10,000 years ago this was the birth place of one of the glaciers that carved the distinctive shape of the Scottish Highlands.
Now the burn tumbles down the steep slopes to eventually pool in Loch Morlich.
