About this place:
The AMARG aircraft storage facility at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base is a sprawling facility in the Tucson area where the US military stores decommissioned warplanes. On 2,600 acres of desert land, more than 4,000 airplanes bake in the sun. It's a very surreal place. You can get some good views from the fenceline along Kolb Road, but to get inside, you must go on the bus tour that departs from the Pima Air and Space Museum
