Kyrgyzstan isn’t exactly a great place for finding convenient public toilets. As we drove from Balykchy towards our destination of Karakoo, we found ourselves desperately in need of a pit-stop.
Skull Rock, found in Joshua Tree National Park near 29 Palms, California is an impressive stop for those that venture into the park. The other worldly formations are something to behold as you travel the place where "the streets have no names." (Thank you to U-2 from providing some perfect travel music!)
There are many vistas to admire along the many path on the ground of the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, New York located in the Catskill Mountains. This lone tree "on the edge" seemed to have become one with the fence along the path.

The day I reached the Bamboo Groves in Arashiyama in Kyoto it was stinking hot. Clutching desperately at my empty bottle of Pocari Sweat I was near point of collapse from the heat and a severe overdose of sightseeing.
