    A classic drive-in burger stand from the days before fast food chains. Whiz Burger is virtually unchanged from the day when it first opened during the early 1950s.

  3. Cirino's at Main Street

    This charming little restaurant, located in the heart of Grass Valley, CA, claims to be "voted best lunch restaurant in Nevada County." We haven't eaten at many restaurants in Nevada County, but I would not challenge their claim. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly but not obtrusive.

    We were there for lunch (they also serve dinner) and my husband had the Ortega Chile Hamburger and I had Grilled Turkey with melted Jack cheese on top of marinated artichoke hearts.

  4. All American Hamburger Drive In

    An absolute stop for any burger lover that happens to be on Long Island. These guys have managed to keep the quality up and the prices as far down as they can.
